    Information Desk Graduate Assistant

    Description:The Information Desk Manager is responsible for daily management, budget and operation of the Student Union Information Desk and Ticket Office. The Manager will supervise between 8 to 12 student staff members, manage computer lap-top check-out program, administer campus-wide promotion spaces (outdoor kiosks, bulletin boards, dining area table tents) actively collect campus and community event information, develop and implement events for students/community.

    Minimum Qualifications:All graduate assistants must be enrolled for a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 during the regular year.; Must be admitted to a graduate program with at least provisional status.; Computer experience necessary ¬タモ word, excel (access database preferred).
    Other Info:20 hours/week minimum. Usually between 7 am and 6 pm. Several evening and weekend hours are required. Position offered for one year with possibility of renewal.
