| Description: | The Information Desk Manager is responsible for daily management, budget and operation of the Student Union Information Desk and Ticket Office. The Manager will supervise between 8 to 12 student staff members, manage computer lap-top check-out program, administer campus-wide promotion spaces (outdoor kiosks, bulletin boards, dining area table tents) actively collect campus and community event information, develop and implement events for students/community. |

5. Serve as a member of the Student Union Team
6. Complete other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
All graduate assistants must be enrolled for a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 during the regular year.
Must be admitted to a graduate program with at least provisional status.
Computer experience necessary word, excel (access database preferred).
